As a Shift Assistant you are responsible for:
- This is a hands-on position, you will also work to make and serve: big, bold, deliciousness (great burgers) to everyone.
- Guide, mentor and support Team Members on their shift and support Senior Managers to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Ensure that all operational standards are met, including food safety, quality and customer measures.
- Problem solve should issues arise and escalate to experts as required e.g. if kitchen machinery require repairing.
- Ensure the Health & Safety of all employees.
- Coach and help train Team Members.

Requirements:
- Experience in helping mentor and leading a team is preferred. This may be in the hospitality, retail or customer service.
- Great people & great customer service skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create a positive culture and working environment.
