This is a brilliant time to join BK and manage one of our Restaurants in the Palmerston North Region (Rangitikei and Fitzherbert)!

- You will also be paid for hours if you work over your normal 40 hours working week.
What we offer you:
- Permanent employment.
- Guaranteed hours of 40 hours per week to be worked over any 5 days of the week, Monday to Sunday. Hours and days of work will depending on the rostered shifts you are assigned.
- Additional hours, if agreed, are also paid (hours over 80 per fortnight).
- Salary: $61,693 gross to $65,995 gross per annum.
- In addition to a base salary, will be rewarded a monthly incentive based on the financial and operational performance of the restaurant.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years management experience in Retail or Hospitality, organising teams and controlling a store operation.
- Great with connecting with people and customer service.
- Effective management style with proven experience on staff training, development and motivation.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create a positive culture and working environment.
- Ability to motivate and lead the team towards success.
- Exceptional presentation, time management & attention to detail.
