Digital Content Analyst

As our Digital Content Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of Burger King New Zealand’s digital platforms — managing content and campaigns across web, app and kiosks as well as reporting of the effectiveness of these campaigns. This is a hands-on role where you’ll make sure everything, we deliver is seamless, on-brand, and customer-focused.

To do this you will:

  • Schedule and update content across our digital platforms, ensuring app and kiosk are ready for new product launches.
  • Support digital campaigns, sponsorships, gamification and loyalty initiatives.
  • Partner with IT, Marketing, and external agencies to deliver projects and resolve issues.
  • Assist with testing on web, app, kiosk, and white-label platforms.
  • Assist in reporting and transactional analysis on campaigns to improve performance.
  • Work closely with the Senior Digital Lead on any issues raised via customer care.
  • Ensure all content aligns with BK’s global brand standards.

What you will bring:

You will have energy, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach, plus:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a digital content, marketing, or systems role.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Confidence working with digital platforms, testing, and data.
  • Great communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
  • A customer-first mindset with a drive to continuously improve.
